오늘은 파리의 지인과 프랑스 식당에서 점심 약속이 있어서 파리 7구 쪽에 다녀 왔습니다.

점심 식사를 많이 한 것 같아서 집에 까지 걸어서 왔습니다.

그래도 집 근처 가까이 오니까 소화가 다 된것 같아서 좋았습니다.

오늘 오랫만에 10,000 를 걸었네요.

오늘은 파리에서 북쪽으로 50 km 떨어진 샹띠이 성(Château de Chantilly)과 정원을 산책하고 왔습니다.

정원 뒷쪽으로 800 m 정도 걸어서 들어가니까 농가랑 물레방아가 있었습니다. 정말 날씨가 좋고 풍경도 너무 아름답네요.
제대로 힐링하고 온 것 같습니다.

그래도 오늘 5,500보 정도는 걸었네요.

오늘도 저녁 식사 후에 집 근처 산책하고 들어 왔습니다.

20시30분인데 해가 중천에 떠 있네요.

오늘은 컨디션이 좋지 않아서 5,000 보 겨우 넘겼습니다.
