Thanks to @steemmonsters, I decided to run my first tournament.
To make it more fun, I added one special rule: one of the most loved summoner, Selenia Sky, is BANNED for this tournament.
I hope that this would make the game more interesting and players will come up with new ideas.

처음으로 스몬 토너를 주최하게 되었습니다. 싱글 더블 엘리미네이션, 3전 2선승제이며, 이 토너먼트의 특이점은 가장 많이 쓰이는 (@wonsama님의 통계에도 나왔듯이…) 셀레니아 스카이, 용소환사를 금지한다는 점입니다.

- 스몬 계정 후원을 받는 대회는 모두에게 오픈되어야 하기에, 공식 공지사항은 영어로 작성되었고 소통도 minnowpong.org 디스코드 채널에서 타 대회처럼 영어로 진행될 예정입니다. 그러나, KR 주최인 만큼, 영어나 디스코드 쓰기 싫으시거나 안되시면 스몬 KR 카톡방에서 말씀해 주시면 제가 처리하도록 하겠습니다.

Special rules for this tournament:
- Do NOT use the summoner card “Selenia Sky”(as she went home for vacation)
- If one player uses a summoner card “Selenia Sky” which is not allowed, he loses that game (not the whole match).
- If both players use that card, replay.
Other rules:
- Check-in opens 30 minutes before the start time - Make sure you check in.
- The bottom player challenges the top player
- NO RNG wins: if both players use the same team in the exact same order, the game doesn’t count and you play again.
- Use minnowpong.org for discussion, questions and result disputes.
- In case of argument, let me (@glory7) know.
- In case of language issue, Korean players may contact me via kakaotalk.
